Hello, I'm trying to send money to a family member in Ecuador. After searching for the information, I still have no idea how much Paypal is going to remove from her end in fees specific to that country. I also read something online, which may not be accurate, that in Ecuador she would not be able to remove the funds from her PayPal balance, only pay with PayPal funds, which would make the transfer pointless. Am I better off just sending money to her bank? Thanks! I'd appreciate any insight anyone might have.
