@budasti Firstly check in the resolution centre that your buyer did not make a dispute so paypal refunded her and came after you for the funds by putting you into negative balance. Then check your card linked to your paypal account is not out of date and needing to be updated. Then check that your ebay fees have not been taken and listed in your transaction history but not taken from your card.
