I need to urgently provide my account details to my contractor so that they can transfer money in my account. But they are not able to do this as my account is in pending state, reason being my email and purpose code are not updated. But i have already confirmed my email address and i have even updated my purpose code but the changes are not getting reflected. I can see my email as verified on my homescreen and selected purpose code when i try to update it. but still it's pending on my task board. I'm very frustrated and disappointed with the service Paypal is providing. I have sent over 10-12 mails or maybe more then that but i haven't received a single response from their end apart from auto generated mails, which are totally irrelevant to the issue i'm facing. I even called the customer care number twice and the paypal customer care representative told me that this is just a temporary issue and will be fixed soon, but again no change( Second time they asked me to upload screenshots for the issue in my change name category, i wonder why). I just need someone to respond to my query. I know this is just a minor issue and it can be quickly resolved from their end. What should i do now? How can contact them apart from emailing from contact us section. Is there any complaint department where i can send my concerns? Eagerly waiting for a response.
