My PayPal Account Access is Limited.. I need your help to get resolve.. I operate pure IT based software development company and we have more than 10+ software developers whose develope software for my company and i sell it online and my all my clients are from whole world and we accepts payments in advance after that we send the purchased software electronic (by e-mail only). We never send the purchased software physically.. So please help us in these below points.. what information i can provide as per my business profile. 1) Provide Invoice- Please confirm that you own the merchandise you're selling. Helpful documents include copies of sales receipts, itemised lists of goods sold and original bills of sale. Invoices must show date of purchase, name of wholesaler or supplier, a description of the items sold, quantity of items purchased and the amount you paid for the merchandise. We will handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy. 2) Supplier Contact Info - Please provide your supplier's phone number and address to confirm the origin of the goods that you're selling. We will handle your information in accordance with our privacy policy. 3) Provide information about your products - Please send us screenshots or itemised lists of products you sell and countries you sell to. 4) Provide proof of delivery - Please confirm that the merchandise was delivered.
