I offer software as a service for a monthly subscription fee. In May I started getting "skipped payments" notices on some of these that should have gone through. They were all debit cards and the customers contacted their banks and were told the payments should go through (as they had been for months) with no problem. They were tried repeatedly and continued to fail. The customers are still using these cards for other purchases. I learned from PayPal that all these debit cards were "Star" brand. The issue has been kicked to PayPal's "Development Team" and communications there are difficult ... I'm having a hard time getting them to see the common characteristics in these multiple cases. Has anyone else been experiencing anything similar?
