So I called on Tuesday after my package I had sent was delivered Monday. I manually added tracking since there was 2 on there and 1 was incorrect. So the first call ended with the person confirming my package delivery and telling me my funds would be released on Friday instead of Thursday since I reentered the tracking information manually. The next call was on Friday at 12am est and the guy confirmed my info and said it would be released at around 3am est since PayPal is not on Eastern time. So I wake up today and the funds weren't released and not only that but this time when I call in the lady says the funds will take another day since I manually entered the tracking information. So 4 days after confirmed delivery technically 5 days on Saturday. Why didn't the other 2 employees tell me this, it puts me in an awkward position since I've told someone I'd be sending them money today all week and now I'm the liar... TLDR: PayPal phone support lied to me all week. O well I guess that's just how it goes venting done.
