My parents have a very old PayPal account that I'm helping them access.  They have the user name and the password but because the account hasn't been accessed for years, it triggers the security prompt verification.  This is set to very old telephone numbers which no longer work which makes it impossible to complete the verification in order to get into the account.   What is the process to reset or remove these numbers?  There doesn't appear to be a way past that verification stage. ... Another example here, same goods / services payment from Japan:   Amount received: £100.10 GBP Fee amount: -£5.41 GBP Net amount: £94.69 GBP   Which is definitely not working from the 5.7% example, more like 5.4% or thereabouts.  How do you get there from 3.9% + 1.8% ??     ... View more

That's correct, was for goods and services. No idea about any currency conversion fees, just aware of the 3.9% + £0.20. There is the 1.8% cross border fee but not sure if this is relevant or how to apply it in this calculation. ... View more

Where can I find that info? All I can see are an amount received, a total fee and then the net amount. Thanks for any help. ... View more
