So around 3 months ago on eBay I completed a transaction with a buyer for a local pick up item, now 3 months later he has opened this case via paypal. The problem is the only way to respond to the case is by entering in tracking info, but I have none because the item was local pickup. What I do have is eBay messages confirming that the buyer received the item, and he even left positive feedback on my Ebay page saying "great seller, fast delivery". What is the best way to go about resolving this case?
