Hello, i'm using Paypal for years. But now, I got a problem. My account is Limited, and I have $500+ (balance) on there. Paypal ask me to upload Photo ID, so I upload it. Paypal ask me to upload CC Statement, but I can not. Because I'm using VCC to verify my account. I send a message to Paypal on Facebook, but very slow response. Is there a way to solve my problem?
