Evening all, midnight on Saturday the 27th all my oders stopped comming through on the website, it seems that after they have been taken to the paypal page and paid it is not returning correctley , I have not touched any settings or messed about with anything, it just does not work anymore. My website hosting people have checked and they said there is nothing wrong their end, so it must be a paypal issue, I have been onto their support and even opened a ticket like they suggested, but still nothing works and paypal to be fare do not seem to be bothered, they have their fees and we went throught the settings over the phone and their reply was 'leave it with us it seems to be an issue' they also stated I would get an email within 72 hours, nothing and now nearly a week and nothing . It seems that they have 'adjuested' a setting to alow the new and improved one click thing they emailed about last week and it has messed up the intergrated part of zencart. Why they are messing about with things at this time of year when it is busy is anybodys idea. Thank you paypal for your lack of concern or any kind of support over this, my customers have no idea when items are posted as you have in effect wrecked my superb customer support as can't update the orders, they do not get the 'thank you ' page just paypal has taken your money.. Time to look for a better payment option I think, which is a shame as been using paypal for over 14 years.
