Oderes not showing on my zencart

Evening all, midnight on Saturday the 27th all my oders stopped comming through on the website, it seems that after they have been taken to the paypal page and paid it is not returning correctley , I have not touched any settings or messed about with anything, it just does not work anymore. My website hosting people have checked and they said there is nothing wrong their end, so it must be a paypal issue, I have been onto their support and even opened a ticket like they suggested, but still nothing works and paypal to be fare do not seem to be bothered, they have their fees and we went throught the settings over the phone and their reply was 'leave it with us it seems to be an issue' they also stated I would get an email within 72 hours, nothing and now nearly a week and nothing . It seems that they have 'adjuested' a setting to alow the new and improved one click thing they emailed about last week and it has messed up the intergrated part of zencart. Why they are messing about with things at this time of year when it is busy is anybodys idea. Thank you paypal for your lack of concern or any kind of support over this, my customers have no idea when items are posted as you have in effect wrecked my superb customer support as can't update the orders, they do not get the 'thank you ' page just paypal has taken your money.. It is a nightmare, pale blue on white is a joke, all my transactions say 'purchase from' for incoming payments and items bought, paypal says it is easy you just look at the ammount and if it is + then it is a payment recieved and - then payment made. How is this easier? Site also takes ages to load, and fed up with seeing the blue spinning circles waiting for it to load each bit. The classic view was superb, more transactions per page and black on white so easy to see. Payments made were 'purchased from' and orders were 'Payment from' easy, it had the account name at the top of the page, not a click box to see which account you are in. I am getting more emails now this 'new view' has been rolled out, as it does not always work on ebay as their adverts load before the paypal payment page loads then times out as everything is too data heavy. This new view is loosing me sales each week as customers can not log in 'do you have any other way to pay' emails arriving daily. 3 of my large trade buyers now have set up bank transfer as to quote 'we run a busy company and do not have time to mess about with paypal anymore. bank transfer is quicker and cheaper' The new view is designed for tablets and mobile devises, but how many businesses do their work on tablets? I used to love paypal, used it for the last 14 years+ and always easy to use, the new view I can not use, it is slow to load, never see the information I need as not on superfast broadband and takes a couple of minutes to load if it loads, keep getting a red banner saying 'error try later' and constant spinning blue circles. Trying to request money from trade buyers is a joke, a lot of my customers now ask if I accept other types of payment as they do not trust the new paypal look and find it a pain to use. The new look will not load for me, paypal have said it is down to my slow internet connection so just get either a blue spinny circle or the red error banner. They said I could phone them each morning to get the transactions, what a joke this is now, I loved paypal and used it for the last 12+ years with no problems, now I hate waking up each morning and hate paypal. ...
