  Thank you for taking the time to reply to my posting. Having taken your advice I sent private/direct messages to PayPal via Facebook and Twitter. At this time of writing I have received three acknowlegments on Facebook but none on Twitter. They confirmed that my private message had been read and is being dealt with. I will post an update as and when I hear back from them. As an aside, I must admit that I do prefer to use the descriptor ''hearing disabled'' for my disability as I am thankfully only ''hard of hearing'' and not profoundly ''deaf'. Support for Hearing Disabled PayPal Customers.

  Hello, this is my first posting 🙂   I recently wrote to PayPal concerning my limited account and wondered when I would be able to regain access again? I had not noticed six unauthorised payments until they notified me, so I was very grateful indeed I did not know this Russian-sounding person, who's name appeared on all six unauthorised transactions. I am pleased my account was limited so he, or anyone else connected to him, couldn't make any further unauthorised transactions until my account was made secure again. I immediately changed my password and two security questions but was be unable to provide photo I.D proof as I do not possess a valid UK passport and.or hold a driving licence. I am hearing disabled so cannot access their telephone support services. Does anyone have any suggestions please? £185 is a considerable amount of money to be withdrawn without notice and I need it placed back into my bank account as soon as possible before I experience any further hardship.
