I wish i could help, but i cant. i can only offer sympathy. paypal sucks so bad..the new interface is horrible, really horrible. have they not heard " if it aint broke..dont fix it. I am crying now too, I can even process my credit cards because they have hidden the virtual terminal link!! they are such morons
