Hi - i have the same problem as you wrote in March - and, i am experiencing the same problems - NO WAY to write to Sarah!!!  i tried to go through "email them" - but everytime i put the ID number in which i know is correct, it comes back invalid.   I just wasted my lunch 1/2 hour trying to just reach out to them and ask where is my refund from March 10th.   please let me know if your issue was ever resolved.   this is very frustating.   thanks, flojo ...
