I returned a faulty scuff controller and PayPal says the case is resolved and they have refunded me "as per seller request" but, I haven't received any from the seller or PayPal. I've checked the transaction log but there seems to be no refund. I paid with PayPal balance but my balance hasn't changed since the refund. I received 2 emails confirming a full refund and the case was automatically closed. There is no record of the case now so I can't check it. When I click on the transaction for the controller it says nothing about a refund. Please help me resolve this.
