I've just thought of another problem too. The first batch of the order which arrived 3-4 weeks prior consisted of 2 x disposable kids toys, a torch that has been sat in a toolbox since then, and a dress that has been given to someone and worn. How am I supposed to get all that back? I could close the case, but then I would lose the money for the goods that haven't been received and the the bits that have pieces missing. Its a lose-lose situation and there I have no way of adding this information into the dispute resolution.
