I've been told that I am entitled to a refund by the dispute resolution system, and that I have to send the item back to the seller, but "I am responsible for postage and package costs". To post things back to China will cost about £20 meaning that I will have nothing to show for the £20 it costs me to send these things back. Basically I have been sent half of an order, and of half the things that I did get, parts were missing. But in the end, I can send it all back and get a refund, but I will still be £20 poorer. That is not buyer protection, that is Seller protection. All it does is encourage the companies to send out crap knowing there will be no financial impliction to them. Surely the company at fault must pay for faulty/incomplete goods. In the UK there are laws protecting consumers against this sort of thing. Paypal should be enforcing this kind of protection for all its customers worldwide instead of standing by and being complicit in them being ripped off by unscrupulous firms. Also, you don't have an option to say anything like this in the dispute. I only have two choices, 1, to agree to send the items backs and pay the costs, or 2, cancel the claim. How can I add more information to the dispute or speak to someone? There is no discussion or reasoning allowed. Its incredibly frustrating that you know you're being scammed but there is nothing you can do because you're just communicating with a computer progam. Its disgraceful
