I am considering to place a couple of thousands of dollar order with Chinese manufacturers. While searching for the safest form of payment, however, I read several frustrating complaints on trustedpilot.com from buyers who engaged and scammed with the Chinese in the past. Most of the buyers either did not get the right product or did not get both the product or a response at all for what they paid for. One buyer, however, shared his experience of Chinese transactions with PayPal payment. He proposed that advance receipt of an invoice into buyer's paypal account using buyer's paypal registered email address as the safest form of payment anywhere in the world. Is that real? What is the most protected way of payment with Chinese manufacturers including paypal?
