So to just jump right to the point - I'm a live streamer; I play games and people can watch them live. I have a donation button if people want to, and a person sent in two $1 donations. Nothing happened for a few months, then apparently his card got stolen and he charge-backed both of them, and of course PayPal added a $20 fee to BOTH of them. I tried contacting support but they said because it wasn't a physical item, I couldn't do anything?? It was a donation! I'd be fine if they just took the $2 back, but being charged $40 more for no reason? Is there anything I can do at all? Thanks.
