Hello, I have no idea if many of you already noticed that since the new web page of paypal is active, it is a complete disaster. 1. Somehow my paypal account and all web pages that I use are "merged" - as soon as I enter my paypal password on ebay or airbnb the trasnaction is made immediately unlikely the old style when you are redirected to paypal.com to authorize yourself see the item cost in your local currency with all the convertion rates applied. Then select the credit card you want and confirm the payment. Currently everything is paid by my default credit card, which is something I would not like to happen. 2. I have entered a mobile phone in my account 10 years ago when I registered. I no longer use this phone number, but when I want to edit it or change it the system says - "no phone number confirmed". And here is the funniest part - I tired to reach paypal contact center via the web form, 4 or 5 times, and it says they are going to reply to me in 24 hours, but I have never received anything neither via email nor in my contact center - when I go to the contact center I just see a message "your messages could not be displayed..." The most frustrating thing was when I received in a week a paypal survey on my email if I am happy with the support on my recent case??? I filed a complaint via the web form again, and I received an email that it will be reviewd in 4-8 weeks time. A JOKE!!! I am one step away from closing my unfortunate paypal account since neither ebay,airbnb,aliexpress need this anymore, and they offer much more fair rates and moneyback guarantee if you pay directly!!!
