I had a dispute elevate to a claim this morning. At the same time the customer is posting innacurate information to my social media pages about this transaction. It took me about 30 minutes to get into the resolution center (timeout errors) and now I am unable to access this claim to respond. No matter what I select **bleep** above showing that I do have one to reply to, I am unable to pull up the case. I have also tried searching by transaction and case number with no success.
