Hi I've just installed the PayPal mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and am trying to set up fingerprint login. When I try to link my fingerprint, a dialogue pops up which says that my fingerprint cannot be confirmed at the moment. I have made sure that the app is the latest version and my fingerprint unlocks the phone with no problem at all. Is this an issue with this particular phone or with Samsung devices in general.
