Hi, Andy - Could you please escalate this issue? Your bug is damaging my credit rating. I no longer have any way to see the balance of my PayPals Extras card or make payments. I didn't realize a payment was due until I received a robo call from Synchrony Bank saying I was past due. Neither PayPal's nor Synchrony's phone support teams understand the problem. They each think it's the other party's problem and keep transferring my calls to each other. Pretty stinky experience, and it's been this way for months now. --Jeff
