Unable to activate my phone?

I got text messages from PayPal saying that I'd received money and that it was unclaimed, and the way to claim it is to activate my phone. I try to activate my phone by clicking the link and entering my number. It sends a code, but when I type in the code an error message appears. This has happened many times so I know I'm not typing the code incorrectly. I checked PayPal and it says my phone number is my primary phone number, my email is verified, so that's about it. I've been getting text messages saying that I've recieved money  and that I haven't claimed it. It says to activate my phone and gives me a link, I open the link and it sends me a code but when i enter it i keep getting an error message, even when the code is right. So instead I texted my phone number the code. I checked paypal and it says my phone number is activated, my email address is confirmed, but my balance still shows as $0.00. Why? ... View more
