To help with the confusion, the credentials for Payflow or PayPal Manager; Partner and ogin/Merchant ID, are only needed if you signed up for a PayPal Payments Pro account, either online at PayPal Payments Pro or by contacting Sales and the account is based in the US, CA or AU regions.   If you created your account at the URL above, you would have created your Login/Merchant ID and password and these would not be your PayPal email address and password.  It would have been on the Business Information page, and you would have been asked to create a PayPal Manager Login and password.  You would also have recieved an email explaining the Partner ID and PayPal Manager.   If you had called Sales, they would have asked you to create a PayPal Manager ID and explained this all to you.   To clarify, if you are the person who created the PayPal account and you did not enter in a secondary ID during the registration process or the Sales person did not ask you for PayPal Manager ID, you probably do not have a PayPal Payments Pro account and this is why you are confused.  BTW, the Partner ID would be PayPal.   However, if you are not the person who created the PayPal account, you should probably reach out to that person and ask them for this information.   So, if you application or shopping cart is asking you for your PayPal Manager credentials; Partner, Merchant ID (vendor), User and Password and you don't have a PayPal Payments Pro account, you'll need to reach out to Sales at PayPal and ask them to either convert your account or help you setup the right type of account.   I hope this helps. ...
