PayPal Community

I hvae been getting this email for the last week or so.  I have logged into my account and changed my security questions and password to be safe but I still get this email.  I have checked my account and I can't see anything wrong with it.  I have forwarded it to the spoof@paypal.co.uk account but I have not heard anything back about if its fake or not.  The email is below:  can the community help me to tell if its fake or not?   ... I recieved an email from service@ intl.paypal co.uk and pretty sure its a scam.  I say that I made a payment to a company I do not recognise and it said its connected to my account but its the wrong email address.  I tried checking if an account with that email was even made.  Tried it 4 times, no account exist.  Away to check if my bank account has been debited by the stated amount (checked my real account and no payment came out of it that matched the company or the amount).  Anyone else run across this?     ...
