Hello out there. I am selling cards to a stranger. The deal we made is: He pays, when I receive money I send the package. Now the problem is, my paypal account is new, this is my first transaction and therefore I can't receive the money before in 21 days. Does this mean that Paypal have my money and he won't be able to charge the money back? I do not want to send the package if he just cancels the transaction. Also, is there a way I can receive the money now, if the stranger trusts me and says the deal has been completed without problems?
