So sorry for the delay in responding. Are you still not getting your notification emails?. If not, I would recommend to double check your notification preferences. I have added the steps below on how to check them or update them if needed.
To select your Email Notification Preferences:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Profile at the top of the page.
Click My settings.
Click Update next to "Notifications."
Check the box for any of the choices you wish to receive a notification.
Click Save.
Please note these preferences can be updated as often as needed.
