No, this is for me unacceptable. Never ever I want money taken from my regular bank-account without me giving permission for each and every payment first. Paypal must keep their hands of my bankaccount. In case of no balance, no payment, no transaction. Simple as that. Paypal being able without my interaction withdrawing money from my bankaccount is a disaster waiting to happen. NOT SAFE! If only paying with Paypal balance (pre-paid only) is not possible, Paypal is a stupid unsafe service. And I will start using a debet card again. Many options without giving extremely dangerously access to my regular bank account. But thanks for your reply.
