Hi i was recently scammed for my virtual items worth 230$ and was done mainly in part that the user sent an invoice which is from the actual paypal site http://imgur.com/ExUHAxO it seemed legit and the kicker was the term and conditions which seems to be able to be personally editited which also gave him time to delay exchange and explain if the money didnt show immediately paypal should stop false invoices and dont allow alteration of terms and conditions I also assume its that the money he "sent" is totally unobtainable from his account which sent the fake invoice?
