Completely frustrated trying to import PayPal tran...

I am at my wit's end trying to get any sort of consistent transaction integration with Quicken/Mac. To start with, the transaction activity format option "Quicken" in the dropdown menu on the PayPal reports download page will NOT import into Quicken. The only way I can get transactions to appear is if I use the Webconnect feature to automatically access my PayPal account. However, that is also completely useless, as the behavior is completely random. Sometimes, not all of the transactions are imported. Other times, NOTHING is imported. Other times, it will import empty status transactions that incorrectly affect the balance showing in Quicken. I really need to be able to import and accurately itemize every PayPal transaction for my business. Have any of you had success integrating these two environments? ... View more

I run an online business that utilizes recurring payments for subscriptions, and I'm in need of more detailed reporting than what is offered currently. For example, one thing I really need to be able to do is export the email addresses of all _active_ subscribers. There is a report option for exporting the list of active subscribers but the information is very limited, and only includes profile ID number, order description, payer name, status, amount last paid, and outstanding balance. Although these are useful details, I am surprised that contact info/email addresses are not an option for inclusion. Is there any way I can gather this info without having to individually access each payer's email address??   Thanks in advance- ... View more

How in the world to sort/filter recurring payments...

Hey there-   Really hoping to get some help with an issue that has been frustrating me for a long time. My only filtering options for recurring payments involve the status of the payments (active, canceled, etc, etc...) I really need to be able to sort this very long list of payments using other criteria, such as:   alphabetically, by name start date last payment date etc., etc.   Is there really no way to accomplish this? This seems like a really obvious function for us to have control over.    It is a nightmare to have to try and search the multi-page list of subscribers to try and find a particular user or transaction. To add insult to injury, it appears you can only view one page of 25 transactions at a time, and if you click on an individual transaction for details, clicking on 'previous page' takes you back to the first page of transactions and then you have to click through the individual pages again to get to where you left off in the list! At the very least it would be helpful if you had more navigating options for specific pages than just 'previous page' and 'next page'. C'mon, guys, this is really a terrible user interface for management of these transactions...    Sorry for my rant, but this is costing me hours of time when it should take minutes. Thanks in advance for any help. ... View more
