Please can you help me anyone and explain me why I didnt get refund. I bought a machine through PayPal from Russia and I paid for it with tree PayPal invoice because seller said his Paypal account has some limit and he can send invioce max $900. After payment he send me tracking number with an compant that is Mailboxes etc. It wasn`t tractable, 1 month later shipping website system shows that they passed the invoice to DHL but almost 15 days passed but I didnt get the item. I asked many time to seller for DHL tracking number but he couldn`t give me DHL tracking number. I called many time DHL to find my item, they told me that they dont have any shippin under my name or address. Again I tried to contact with the seller but he didnt answer my email, then I open a case on PayPal, because I was thinking if the seller doesnt provide information and if I dont get the item, I could get refund. I tried to contact vith the seller via PayPal but he didnt give any answer again, then I turn it to despite, then 2 days later he send to PayPal mailboxes etc`s tracking number that is not tractable. I thought that they will see it is not delivered, this system shows they passed to invoice to DHL, normally they should ask the seller DHL tracking number but after all I got an email that saysmy payment not covered by PayPal Purchace Protection. I am reaaly sad to hear that. I tried to contact with PayPal with email, why it is not covered but I didnt get any responce. I lost my money, how is it possible. "After further review of the claim you filed against Силин Андрей, we have determined the issue you have described or the merchandise or service associated with this transaction is not covered by PayPal Purchase Protection. As a result, this case has been closed and we're unable to take any further action" Please can you help me in this issue or do you know why my payment not covered by PayPal Purchase Protection?
