Welcome to the community! Would you mind letting the us know if it's a credit or debit card you're referring to so that the community can better help you? This is because verification options vary from region to region. That being said, if you are indeed based in the Philippines, both debit and credit cards will work, although prepaid/virtual cards wont. 😞
