Hi MikeOKH,   Welcome to the community.    A good rule of thumb to follow is to verify all transactions you receive on your PayPal account as all incoming transactions are reflected there. Even if the funds are, for some reason, held or pended, the receipt of the funds will show on your account. That being said, should you receive an email which looks fraudulent, I would recommend not clicking on any links contained therein or respond to it in any way. Hi Housen,   I'm apologize for the trouble you've faced in trying to reach out Customer Service folks.   That said, a good way to verify the authenticity of those emails would be to simply log in to your PayPal account to see if there really is a limitation on it. I would recommend, if you ever have doubts over the authenticity of any emails purporting to be from us, not clicking on any links included in the email and simply log in to your PayPal account from the home page directly. Hi Vini3,   Welcome to the Community!   Unfortunately, accepting payments directly via a customers credit card is not a feature that we generally offer in some markets. That being said, your customers will have no issues using those cards to send you payments once they create an account and have their cards attached to their PayPal account. Hi Husnil24,   Welcome to the Community!   That's a very good question. When you integrate PayPal onto your site, it will come with a "Signup Now" at the stage where your customer's would log in. Also, customers in some regions are also able to fund payments with a bank account and/or a debit card. In those cases, a credit card would be unnecessary altogether. 🙂   -Ivan ... View more
