Not sure about the cookie idea- when my card wouldn't load I tried clearing my cookies  and browsing history several times and it did not help... thought that might be the problem......but .my card did not load until Paypal compliance finally  sent me an email saying my card had been straightened out..... so just my experience on it...good luck everyone! ... I totally agree with you 123id ....when I saw those paypal cash cards still for sale at my CVS  yesterday I was just hoping another unsuspecting customer does not buy one for Christmas shopping only to find their holiday ruined when all they see is error code 203!  ... View more

I called them on  both  Saturday and then Sunday-  on Sunday I got them to open up a ticket for me I - faxed the documents  right away ...and got an email  from the compliance department saying they fixed my card late yesterday afternoon- then I was able to load card. I am so sorry for your hardship that Paypal has caused. Please keep up hope as finally they did fix my card after I sent all the info to them so there is light at the end of the tunnel. None of us deserved this - especially at the holidays and paypal needs to stop selling  these cards to unsuspecting customers. I was in my CVS today where I bought my bogus card on Saturday and they are continuing to sell them to unsuspecting customers. I called paypal and the representative there called paypal cash and put me on the line with them while she listened- paypal cash opened a  ticket but said I needed to either fax or email the documents to go with the ticket- at the time she said she did not know if I would get my money back....so I was shocked when I got the email from the compliance department at paypal cash saying my pin was OK now and I should be able to load my card. - and even more shocked when it worked and I could load my card.  So I would recommend calling paypal like I did and have them work with paypal cash. Update!! I got an email from the Paypal cash company compliance department  saying that they got the documents I sent them and said my card could now be loaded. I went on and amazing it went through!! So relieved!! So apparently if you file a ticket with  copies of your cash card  front and back, your drivers license, and receipt- which I did yesterday- they actually do fix your card!! Everyone should go ahead and do that...hope you all have luck too!! Still mad at Paypal for the lack of concern and I will never buy another one of these cards!!  ... View more

Paypal  should be crediting our accounts for the amount we are out while they investigate the problem. This is wrong!! I was also told it will take three business days and she said she can't tell me for sure whether I will ever get my money. So frustrating!!! ... View more
