Hey, I purchased some headphones on October 14th from a swedish company called Earin. Earin have sent me multiple emails saying that shipping has been delayed, for over a month now. I've sent an email to Earin and received no response as well as multiple messages to their facebook page. All I want to know is if such a long delay and lack of communication from this company is grounds for possibly getting my money back? I honestly feel like I will be waiting quite a long time before it is even shipped. Thanks
