Gosh, this is so misfortunate. I wish I was in customer retention for Paypal for a percentage, because lots of accounts in good standing are being terminated or frozen, or limited aka blacklisted. Sadly, no recourse in my situation. I have asked supervisors, called numerous times, sent emails. Their processor is the best for basic ecommerce, but their lack of fixing accounts and security measures are ridiculous. Paypal is one of the first companies I have seen that regularly blacklists customers in good standing. They do not believe in giving warnings to let the customer resolve, they just close accounts. Very sad! I am sorry this happened to you! Hope they will fix it for you. because what a mess ! I will make sure to see if there is some form of customer recourse for hardship incurred. Seems there would be some way via google to find the many others who are fighting these issues and join up.
