I've seen this problem mentioned in old articles but I've not seen a solution yet. I try to pay an Ebay seller and I hit Pay Now and it tries top reach Paypal and the circle spins and then it bounces back to Pay Now. I tried clearing cache, tried contacting Ebay and on Twitter they told me to use Google Pay. I do not WANT to use Google Pay. I want to use Paypal. Any ideas what else I can try?
