I was scammed and they say I owe 400. They're claiming they'll send it to a collections agency. I refuse to pay this. Also advice on how to deal with it would help...

So I sold digital codes, people bought them and disputed through the credit card company so I couldn't do anything. I get it, there's no protection for that. I know its a scam. Thousands of people online know its a scam, and im sure PayPal does too. I lose every case and to add insult to injury, PayPal fees me $20 every time. Im now negative a lot of money and I would love to say I refuse to pay it but I really can't pay it seeing as I'm a broke college kid. Is not paying it going to affect my credit score? Because I'm never using PayPal again in my life. That much I can promise you. So i'm willing to just let my account stay the way it is and never log in again. Also my credit card and bank are linked. Can PayPal just take the money? Lastly is there anyway I can just close out my account and be done? I'm perfectly fine with being banned for life.. Thank you.

Three questions, A week ago I had someone claim that their payment to me was not authorized. I called PayPal and since I have a good history they funded me the money I lost. But this morning I wake up to another person claiming their paypment to me wasn't authorized! Obviously I can't ask about it again. How can I win this case? Or am I just out the $50? I can't help but feel as though these people are buying from me then reporting the paympent was unauthorized after they use the code I send them through email/Ebay... I sell codes that I email to them on Ebay so I don't have tracking numbers (I asked the post office because PayPal said a tracking number would help but it is $5.75 to mail a letter with the tracking number, thus making me lose money if I want to keep selling). Also its not as though I'm the one to blame when I have 100% positive feedback on Ebay from selling the exact same product to everyone. So are these people just using the code then scamming me? How can I win this case or do I just lose $50? And does anyone know of a way to protect myself in the future? Thank you.

I recently set up a mass pay account as requested by a wholesaler in Dubai who uses it for their business, (merchant name removed). I have bought from a site that they own, (merchant name removed) and never had a problem but when looking over reviews I saw a women say she bought a large amount of codes from omnyex (their minimum order is $1500) and that months later her PayPal account was compromised. Is this something I need to worry abbout? Also, is mass pay similar to regular accounts where PayPal holds my payment for a while before giving it to them so that I can make sure what they sell me works? Allowing me to dispute it if the products are not what I ordered. Lastly, they want to do business through email (there's not a PayPal button on their page). They want to coordinate payments throgh email by sending me an invoice. Is this safe?
