Thank you for your help,I try to open a dispute,but unsuccessful,told me that Shipping Labels are not eligible for Buyer Protection Claims. so I can not open,I try to email to paypal,but no person reply me. I have a screenshot to prove I had paid the shipping fee but the package has been returned to me, how distributed paypal? Not open dispute, no link can be sent around image. so how should I do?proof
