I got two labels that ship to china from paypal,But when usps arrived the packages next day ,then returned to me again,because the packages size too big to ship,Transaction ID # 16830432FK1865217 and # 6RY688488H134311U, USPStracking number are CF022129962US and CF217860137US, But I did not get what I bought, more importantly, after usps accepted the packages returned to me,why refuse me for refund this situation ?On this matter, I have contacted paypal, paypal ignore me,I did not open disputes online,I go through a lot of ways, contacted usps, but the answer is that I have to contact paypal to get refund, because I get labels from paypal, so I ask paypal can help me to get the refund.
