Hello, I believe this is different from the other topic(s) I have found here because I think it might be a bug in PayPal's system. Basically: A friend is trying to send me a large sum of money, they get the notification they can't, I get the email I can't receive it without verifying my account due to EU law et cetera. I have previously verified my paypal account. It says verified, I go to the verified and it says I have lifted my limits whatever, I see nothing under account limits: http://prntscr.com/hwpvgz http://prntscr.com/hwpvnz http://prntscr.com/hwpvq2 When I am on the normal paypal website (was only using classic to find the sections above) I have the notification bell thing, a notification telling me I have to verify my identity etc and to go to the resolution center: http://prntscr.com/hwpvzy I click on it, go to the resolution center, completely empty. http://prntscr.com/hwpw5n Apologies for all the screenshot links but you know how it is, staff trying to pretend they are useful by dragging on helping people as much as possible such as "Are you sure you arent just looking here" etc. And money still cannot be sent. I verified this a long time ago and it worked back then. Since then my account changed from a business to premier account I believe, and this could be the issue. But none of my account details including bank accounts have changed or expired. I'd appreciate if someone who possibly could would look into this ASAP, this is my last resort as I cannot contact Paypal by phone as this is outside of their call times and it's going to cost me a hell of a lot of money if I don't get this in on time, which if I wait until their call times it'll already be too late. Yours faithfully, Chris. Edit: I am fairly sure I did post this in the right catagory, it might have reset to this when I failed the captcha because it didn't load first time around. My bad guys, I cant figure out how to edit the catagory though.
