I received a refund from an item I purchased for $377 on August 12, 2015. It is now August 25 and I am still waiting for the money to come out of the temporary hold. I called customer service for the third time today and now they are saying it is a "Global issue" and an "error in the system" related to temporary holds it will now be another 1 to 2 weeks before they can fix it. Is there anyone else dealing with this right now? Kind of annoying. I did ask if they compensated their customers with coupons or other things like that due to time spent in money not being reimbursed and they said they absolutely didn't do anything like that 😞
