So i spoke to someone at Paypal and she was not helpful at all. I said that when i opened the dispute it was a day over the timeframe and there must be something they could do to accomodate my, as I was only made aware of the counterfeit product a few days ago. She just said bottom line nothing could be done.... 😞 so i'm out of pocket and have a fake broken product, because of one day 😞 very annoying. I will contact that IC3 - now it's just the princicple and not the money - the fact that I have been sold a counterfeit product that I now cannot return or get a refund for just seems crazy.
