So today I had a PayPal dispute opened about me. A buyer bought a Wii from me and claims 'time is not as described and its faulty'. I used the Wii before postage and it worked fine so this came as a surprise to me. She messaged me saying its faulty because it asked her to update the software and it took 'ages'. And when it's sucessfully did she was able to play games...however, she is afraid it might happen again? What the heck I'm I supposed to do about that? I have never had that problem with the Wii before so I don't understand it. Also she states the always disc jams when she puts its in...? How was she able to play games and also how come all of these problems with my Wii console are beginning to happen as soon as she has it?....and lastly she said she had to put it in a certain wAy for the disc to work....what!? There's only one way to put a disc into a Wii. Like wtf? So basically I refuse to refund her and I hope PayPal will see my point. Any advise? I'm i in the wrong here?
