Hi, For years I had my preferences set so that all my purchases were charged to my credit card in USD so that my bank would handle the exchange rate. Last friday I bought some stuff using paypal and the option dissapeared, now I discovered that paypal used its ridiculous exchange rate instead of allowing my bank to do it, as it has been my preference since 2008. How do I change this back to what it was, having all charges in USD and letting my bank handle the exchange?? Thanks, Carlanga P.D. I contacted paypal help center and have receive no response.
