Good morning My friends and I are each saving money monthly for a holiday in a few years. Is there a paypal account or option to have multiple people pay into a paypal account, multiple people be able to "view only" the account balance/movements etc. I am looking for 2 people to have financial control too ie more than 1 person can withdraw, but only with authorisation for a second person? Ideally we can achieve this without financially effecting each others credit history. Is this possible? and if so can you do this without linking to a real world bank account and or credit/dedit card? Thank you
