Well... Basically I just had a disputed opend about a Virtual Good. It was "unauthorized Transaction" because he cleary wanted to scam me after he got his account. Now 4 Days later, I even called PayPal, the Dispute was closed - by him. Now right away he opend ANOTHER Dispute which seemingly was on the same Transaction! How is this even possible? Now it is "non-receipt claim". The money is in my Account again, yet i can not spend it. The account is not limited. I would just call PayPal right away, but Support not available yet 😛 Thank you.
