You don't seem to be able to READ at all. Why do I need to defend anything? I just tell you how it works !! And excuse me but who was the one that posted a rude reply to my perfectly polite response to your post. I did not say they can change addresses, i said they can link their bank accounts to OTHER COUNTRIES paypal accounts, they still have to have a paypal account belonging to that country if they are IN that country. If i was rude its because you made a rude reply to a perfectly polite post informing you of the FACTS of why you could not do what you wanted to do. You did not even seem to understand what i posted anyway whereas I have posted that for lots of folks who normally respond with a "thank you that explains it". I don't make the rules and don't always agree with the rules all i can do is let you know how they work. Most folks appreciate a reply and then there are folks like yourself.
