In February I paid in US dollars for a service to organise a visa for me. I inadvertantly paid three times on the website. I never eceived the service and cancelled it. I have received one refund, but still owed two. For five months I have been speaking with Paypal, twice in person on the phone. A complaint was opened and all was progressing, albeit at a snail's pace! This morning I have received a Paypal email telling me that the complaint is now closed and resolved as I have received a refund. My Paypal account, and my bank account still clearly show that there still monies owed to me from the seller. Any ideas what, why where this should happen, and apart from sending another email back to Paypal, anything else I can do???
